Historically a good company to sell for. New Product and Engineering leadership joined almost 6 years ago and that is when the company stopped listening to customers, prospective customers, sales, and CSMs. The market is aware which is reflected in the bottom falling out of inbound leads and record high churn. This has resulted in sliding down and to the left the past 5 years in the Gartner MQ.

A good work-life balance and the ability to work remotely is a plus. Otherwise, the company is not headed in the right direction and negative changes are being implemented by the new executive team, resulting in decreased morale around the company.
