Chase Private Client Banker is a great banker opportunity to get investment sales experience, obtain FINRA licenses, and learn relationship management and consultative sales. To move up, choose a specialty (investment, mortgage, SMB credit/payments, etc.) and focus on that product/service to pave your career path into other lines of business within the bank and outside of the branch, as a FA/PCA, MLO, or SMB RM.

Overall experience was great at Chase as a Private Client Banker. Comp was low as a new PCB but monthly incentive payout was increasing each month as I improved in the role.

This was a great stepping stone in my sales experience. The product is competitive and the company is great to have behind you as part of your pitch. Sales training could be better.
