Current Employee3.1Dec 30, 2023relationship banker -- good to get your first reps in if this is your first job in sales, but I find my bank to be a nightmare because my manager is unfit to manage. Chase is a gigantic corporation and you'll have job security even if you underperform, but the role to start is horrific.
