Former Employee2.7Aug 30, 2023Was not a positive experience working at this organization during my time
Current Employee2.9Mar 20, 2024My overall experience was not great. I felt that management continued to put pressure on me to make more sales without providing training to find leads or additional leads. Management would provide a higher goal and do nothing to help you achieve it (no additional leads or training on finding new leads or increasing the current book of business I was managing).

Current Employee3.1Dec 30, 2023relationship banker -- good to get your first reps in if this is your first job in sales, but I find my bank to be a nightmare because my manager is unfit to manage. Chase is a gigantic corporation and you'll have job security even if you underperform, but the role to start is horrific.

Current Employee3.6Feb 8, 2024This was a great stepping stone in my sales experience. The product is competitive and the company is great to have behind you as part of your pitch. Sales training could be better.
