The most incompetent sales leadership I have ever experienced or even heard about in my 25 years of software sales. They are awful people, scream at their employees and act like the culture is good. Very incestuous. CRO prior experience was working in HR - never learned under a sales leader and it shows.

poor experience over all, authoritarian style leadership with less than 10% of the enterprise team hitting quota... they also mass demoted everyone (everyone in named became enterprise, everyone in enterprise became mid market)

High paced environment with high expectations. Overall a great company with good leadership from CEO. Mid management needs improvement
