The company was going through growing pains and leadership was no where to be found. If one thing didn't work then they would try another but nothing from a process standpoint on the sales side.

A great company. Lots of perks and company trips. Little training/ support for sales. Sales tools are severely lacking. Compensation is good and the product is also good but very expensive and hard to implement. Ivalua struggles in the US market due to European company policies.
