They are in a continuous state of restructure. Leadership turn overs, account re-alignment is constant. Less than 10% of reps hit quota.

I joined Iterable for the people, but most of the original sales leaders are now gone. New leadership in sales, marketing, across customer success means lots of shifting sands, and it doesn't feel like the organization will find it's footing for a quite a while.
