Great culture, product was fun to sell. Difficult to sell outside of USA. The product does really well in some regions and territories versus other ones. If you like prospecting and being a glorified SDR this role is great. Otherwise it’s a grind and not many reps are hitting quota.

Honestly, it's a miserable place to work. They just laid off a ton of the sales team, nobody hits quota, everyone is miserable, every process takes so long to get done.. They make it so hard to actually do your job here. I'd highly recommend against it

Iterable started off as an amazing place to work, and it still is most of the time. The restructuring of SC comp plans has been a challenge as its seemed more as a cost saving exercise versus a chance for us to make more money. Quotas got excessively higher, pay outs lower, and it feels like the culture has shifted. Hoping it gets better again.
