Invoice Cloud sales was primarily driven by software partners and software integration partners. Because of that, Invoice Cloud has historically had a very involved and influential alliance team. Lately, most partners have started to develop and implement their own solution which squeezes out a space for Invoice Cloud. Been winning on a best-in-breed solution for years but have not made many changes to stay ahead of competition. Market is extremely saturated with Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment options and targets have been prospected into heavily. (They’re not inventing new municipalities and utility companies) Unless this org started to build new integrations, the addressable market is shrinking.

This was a great company until 1-2 years ago. Their market position has weakened, Sales is underperforming, and the culture has changed from supportive to unprofessional and poorly run. Turnover is sky high. Hopefully the dust settles, until then be cautious.
