Current Employee Invoice Cloud sales was primarily driven by software partners and software integration partners. Because of that, Invoice Cloud has historically had a very involved and influential alliance team.
Lately, most partners have started to develop and implement their own solution which squeezes out a space for Invoice Cloud.
Been winning on a best-in-breed solution for years but have not made many changes to stay ahead of competition. Market is extremely saturated with Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment options and targets have been prospected into heavily. (They’re not inventing new municipalities and utility companies)
