Best professional development you’ll find in med device. But if you don’t inject the culture into your veins you wont last. They only want reps who break out in tears when they talk about the robot, or else they push you out and start their psy-ops attack. Toxic leadership allowed to scorch earth.

Experience not good as an associate. No clear path to promotion and a lot of internal nepotism. Leadership also doesn't allow you to pursue promotion and use manipulative tactics to keep you stagnant. Also market dominance has decreased the amount of opportunity there is to grow.
