Amazing company and benefits. Lots of room to grow. Partnerships are a challenge given it's not always aligned across the org. Product is king.

Seems like targets here are set unrealistically for the roles as it seems difficult to hit. Things get changed post quarter which makes it difficult for you to know where you are.
