Former Employee3.6Sep 19, 2024it was ok. too rigid with training and how to handle customer interactions
Current Employee2.0Sep 20, 2023Intuit is an outdated company that buys semi marketable products instead of doing any actual innovation like the core company was founded upon. It is the least progressive company I have ever worked for in terms of internal workflows and product innovations. In 5 years, INTUIT will be seriously behind competitors and sadly it’ll be too late.

Current Employee4.9Oct 10, 2024Great, I don’t plan on moving companies. They pay well provide raises at the end of your stock.
Former Employee3.0Apr 11, 2024Leadership is not a cohesive team. Goals are constantly changing without explanation. The work environment is very micromanage-y and it lacks positivity. Managers can be extremely demeaning. Colleagues are not very friendly.
