Great earning potential in NewBiz. Existing Biz could be tricky as plans changed every qty and are focused on New Biz. Great people on the from line, Promising new leadership, Middle management 2/3rd lines would benefit from more profesioanl expertise and business acumen. Operational side - complete mess, growing pains but also extreme siloed operations, lack of data, lack of sources of truth. Internal communications are very ineffisient
