RUN. Believe me when I say that no one is hitting quote, no one is getting paid and absolutely no one is lasting longer than a few months. Most people get fired their first month there while they're still on ramp for not hitting quota. Culture + Leadership are toxic to say the least. Micromanagement + disrespect is kind of just normal at Instawork.

- A manager is definitely a "corporate man". Does not help at all. Quick to call out what you've done wrong but will cry about any criticism. Has no answers for anything, its always "let me find that out" "let me ask" - 1 of 12 reps will hit quota per month and EVERYONE is on high alert and worried if they will be let go next - Leadership will pull reports and try to...Read More
