Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee As others have said, staffing company masquerading as a tech rocket ship. Declining product/market fit as our people are no better than our competitors, we just have a fancier way of managing them. Your compensation and success are in the hands of hourly workers showing up on time and not disappearing to smoke weed in a hotel bathroom. West coast territories are beaten into the ground, wouldn't take a position here that is west of Chicago as all of the new emerging territories are eastward. Quota structured in a way that even if you're able to hit it, the listed OTE is $20k too high. Less than 20% of AEs actually hit, so if you're hearing otherwise in your interviews they're already lying to you. As at all orgs, there are a few tenured reps making a ton of money, but the average commission check (if you get one) is less than $5k Browse Other Reviews
