Was only at the company for 2 months until I was laid off. Transparency and direction is lacking from leadership and they are pushing a culture that is based on fear. The people that work here are wonderful and talented. I think the sales organization fell into an easy trap of mass growth with no way to support it. Around 20% of the org is hitting quota for the last 6 months.
