The marketing is good, but execution on delivery is horrible. Customers, Partners and internal sales teams do not trust Insight Services Delivery teams based on bad project experiences.

In many ways it is a great company but over the past 3 years they have lost sight of what is important and focus more on the board of directors than on the employees and clients.

a good company turned unethical by bad leadership. Pay is incredibly low for the current cost of living and they just made it harder to make money by changing the comp structure and payout schedule.
