a good company turned unethical by bad leadership. Pay is incredibly low for the current cost of living and they just made it harder to make money by changing the comp structure and payout schedule.

Span of control is too high for frontline leaders. No accountability for VPs/Seniors. Preach development and do not follow thru. Compensation is well below industry standards.

Company is fine. Lots of potential with the right effort and accounts but low base. Como structure based on prior achievement+% which can be tough at times. Great opportunity to learn and network with various tech companies also.

Poor. Insight is a farm for inexperienced sales reps with bad pay and extreme micromanagement. Everything is tracked and monitored paired with a culture of order taking
