strict forecasting, no real call training... at most you get role plays. Quota only gets higher as you do well, so you can never take your foot off the gas.

Insight is a great place to start dealing with technology related sales, very flexible environment and a great team with a lot of training happening consistently. Compensation is not good, it is significantly less than other companies will start you at but is a very easy job to work at if you have charisma and can close deals.

Great company but the base compensation could be better as it is difficult to build your book of business and start hitting your quota.
