Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company is currently going through a change in leadership from a very old school boiler room high pressure type to a very conservative out of date but slightly more modern leadership. Sadly no one is really looking at the root causes of the issues. They are attempting to manage bottom up instead of top down but refuse to fund the resources necessary to help the sales team be successful: The reputation in the industry is one of the worst I have seen despite a recent name change. The leadership culture is toxic and unwilling to be open to hearing the hard truths. I give this company 2 years before bankruptcy is a real possibility.
