My overall experience at Informatica was great. Great leadership, best onboarding program I've been through so far in my career, it was just a tough year in 2023. Inbound leads were way down and the team was unable to generate quality pipeline and close deals. We were part of their second RIF of 2023 in November.

My overall experience was very positive at Informatica. I believe they are well positioned in the data management market and the compensation structure is one of the best I've seen in the industry. The sales cycles are long, complex, and competitive.
