My overall experience was that the company has a problem of product/market fit and a management that is not able to rule the company future properly. Base compensation is ok but incentives are messy, probably because the difficulty to sell and to earn money to the company.

My overall experience was positive, great product market fit, competitive product pricing and product quality. Run too much like a start-up when the business has outgrown this operational model. Too much indecision, too much change, too many priorities that cause no real priority.
