Doesn’t work as an international company, they have no clear communication about the strategy and goals , no sales kickoff , no equity, the compensation package could be better, commissions are not really clear the structure for that is really ambiguous

My overall experience was positive, great product market fit, competitive product pricing and product quality. Run too much like a start-up when the business has outgrown this operational model. Too much indecision, too much change, too many priorities that cause no real priority.
