The incentive and compensation structure are below market standards. Performance measurement is not tailored to sales people even though this is a sales organization. No one in my team has hit quota for two years in a row. Even the top performers are at 70 percent to plan or so. It says something when a manager who has just hired a brand new team quits the company in under 6 months. Please do no join this organisation if you are looking to build a career - there is little to no support - territories are not planned and distributed equitably- and finally, this is definitely not the place to be if you are ‘diverse’ in anyway.

The compensation situation If tenured is very difficult to navigate. Even If you've managed to negotiate a great starting salary know that you still must be vigilant in ensuring accurate commission
