What can you tell me about the sales culture at Info-Tech Research Group?

I can tell you that they do try to have a sales culture. There is no lack of effort there. They just don't have one.

Leaders that shouldn't be leaders in some cases. Leaders that tell you to try prospecting ideas that no longer work for used car sales people.

They do celebrate success but this is where the challenge comes in. Unless you are in a hot market you probably won't be successful. Some managers will recognize your efforts and fight to have you not be shown the door. That's a good thing. Others will play politics and if they can sacrifice you fast so they can be part of the club then you will be very upset and shell shocked.

Sales culture and learning is an area that I can't be critical of. They make the effort. The question is when something isnt working are they willing to set aside what they think they know and pivot or not?

Culture means a lot of things to different people so I'll do my best to answer as holistically as possible.
1. Extremely friendly company (95% or more). Maybe its the fact we are all Canadians but it's constant feedback I hear from my peers
2. Interesting dynamic of the balance of individuals who have been at the company for 15 years and those who have been there for 2. There are some (not many) of the tenured employees here that resent some of the changes being made (i.e "becoming Gartner"). This is happening less and less though as the company continues to grow double digits every year
3. Interesting background of sales reps. I don't think you will find an ex-Salesforce, Oracle, MSFT, Cisco, etc. rep here. Many only know Info-Tech as their only employee and don't understand how things could possibly be better. This actually provides new hires opportunities to make things better for those who have a closeted view of what the org is by bringing in new and fresh ideas.
4. Leadership is often rah-rah and ultra positive. This can be over the top sometimes BUT it was way better than the doomsday alternatives.
5. Biggest issue that could be tangentially related to culture is pay discrepancy across reps. There are instances of some people have 1.5-2.0x OTE's for the same role and title. Nothing has been shared to improve this. Management likes to tell us to sell more and then we can make accelerators! If coming in new, definitely negotiate this piece and be ready to walk away if you feel like youre being lowballed.
6. 80% of VPs are very good. 60% of managers are also very good. But SOME (not all or many) people do get promoted on based solely on connections. I feel like this is happening less and less though as more new outside people join the company
