Old school company who's set it their ways. No PTO in Q4, not a ton of common sense when quota targets are set. Constantly changing what counts toward your quota, ARR, ACV, etc.

Imprivata had a great product market fit for OneSign, but the culture among the sales team wasn’t that great. It was very traditional and had no lateral movement or opportunities for growth.
