Amazing product market fit but the culture needs serious work. It's a free for all competing w/ other reps. Complete lack of resources. So much red tape it's hard to get anything done efficiently. Matrixed environment w/ serious lack of communication b/w departments.

Great company to work for, do right by employees. Massive growth over last 10 years, with few new products in same timeline, have made quotas out of alignment with remaining opportunities.

There is minimal opportunity for growth unless you live near the headquarters in Maine. You have minimal control over the revenue growth in your territory, yet that is where 2/3 of your bonus comes from. If a hospital closes, you are responsible for making up that amount.
