The inbound leads are plentiful. Outbound is tough but quota is met with inbound leads

Great products and services that are needed and in demand. Huge market. High volume, low comp. They could do better on base salary and/or increase comp percentages. Both under market value. Leadership is good, too much hype at times and not enough bonus opportunity.
