Not great avoid. Pretty scammy. Marketing that targets the unfortunate and undereducated seniors to change their insurance plan.

Solid company. Good training program. Decent upside for sales people especially if you get promoted to the next level a few times. Account executives are paid well which is the top of the sales position promotions. Team managers don’t make enough money though.
