Awful. Micromanaged, bad territory, unrealistic goals. I got 6+ calls a day from my manager keeping tabs on me. Wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. Turnover is very high. Out of the 8 reps that started with me a year ago, there’s 1 left

Not great. High turnover. When I started there was no manager, little training and no direction. A manager finally came in and left within a month. I was about to leave and was moved up to manager, I see why she left so quickly. Leadership has no leadership skill.
