My overall experience at Ideagen when they acquired our US Based SaaS software company was one of year one business as normal then year 2 cutting the comp plan by 30% and then year 3 another 20%. Moved all support departments to cheaper parts of the world killing customer success with the software experience. Leadership is looking to selling and take their payday

Overall positive experience. Good place to start your career, but things can get muddy in the US when a lot of the leadership is in the UK.
