There were three reps for the entire country. 95% of the 170 calls you’re expected to make result in you learning whoever you’re calling already uses Concur and has been for twenty years so they have no interest in switching. Management has you constantly switching priorities so you can’t focus day to day. It’s a primarily Indian company so there is a cultural disconnect between the primary team in India and the US team.
