Former Employee Good product, but the compensation structure is terrible. Commissions often go unpaid due to internal errors, and they even tried to cut commissions to less than 2%, which is unheard of. The sales team is burdened with excessive administrative work, making it difficult to focus on selling.
If management invested more in support, the experience would have been much better. It's a decent place to learn, but not somewhere you'd want to stay long-term. Browse Other Reviews
