Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Anything above branch level is horrible. There’s zero support above a branch level. Every meeting is about how you can make life easier for those at corporate. You are expendable, there will always be a target on your back, they don’t care about high turnover. Sales reps are disposable to them. Branch managers are as well. It’s a poorly run company from the top. If you have an issue, they just fire you and find someone else. So you can’t talk to upper management about anything.
