Good company, great market product for and compensation opportunities. High pressure and very data driven, going in the direction of being a playbook company with all what that entails.

Great product, and a great culture on the surface, underpinned by woefully inexperienced leadership and acceptance of toxic behaviour. They talk of growth but won't back it with actual investment into the activities needed to drive business in region.
