The ground leadership is great and there's definitely a need in the market for the product. But there's a ton of stiff competition, which can make things difficult.

Company is good at ensuring people are valued, and company is trying their best to help BDR's grow - but does have lack of growth paths lined out. Overall great culture, and everyone supports you.
