Overall experience was fairly good. The industry we were in (P&C Insurance) hit some very bumpy conditions beginning in early 2023, greatly impacted the product we offered to prospects/clients. The culture was great.

The organization itself is full of many experts and excellent resources. They aquire existing producers, who might have an established book of business. If you come in as a producer post, it might be hard to gain traction fast.
