Overall experience was fairly good. The industry we were in (P&C Insurance) hit some very bumpy conditions beginning in early 2023, greatly impacted the product we offered to prospects/clients. The culture was great.

They aquire existing producers, who might have an established book of business. If you come in as a producer post, it might be hard to gain traction fast.
