My overall experience can defined by two things. Structure & People. The structure, how they do things, leaves a lot to be desired but the management, people, culture all balance it out. While base pay is low, incentive structure is high to reward top performers. many changes off is another critique of structure

Loved my coworkers but other than that it was terrible experience. They overtired and then put the entire sales department on performance plans. Then they required us to sign forms agreeing to lower compensation than what we were hired for. It was awful. Almost everyone quit after that.
