Top performers were getting paid really well but they changed pay structure to incentive people hitting quota and getting sales rather than just people generating pipeline without an equivalent amount...Read More

Former Employee2.7Jul 30, 2024Loved my coworkers but other than that it was terrible experience. They overtired and then put the entire sales department on performance plans. Then they required us to sign forms agreeing to lower compensation than what we were hired for. It was awful. Almost everyone quit after that.

Former Employee2.9Feb 23, 2024They used to have an in depth meritocracy system where you were rewarded more inbound leads for closing deals - they quickly stripped that away and everyone's numbers went significantly down - if you weren't on what was called a "PILOT" team - you got ZERO inbound leads - whereas weekly you'd get about 5-10 depending on how well you close them - which used to reset...Read More
