Great product and easy to sell. Salary and commission is structure is extremely low based on the market. Company only allows you to sell m2m SaaS packages and even if you do sell 1yr, you don't get commission. Also there is no accelerators for hitting above quota.

My overall experience was that HCP was a very easy demanding remote job that expected alot of screen time within the working day had very little compensation and an extremely low base salary starting at 38k based out of san diego CA. My overall experience was awful... the Sales team over promises on earnings, potential for advancement, unlimited PTO, and uncapped commissions. If you work in this sales department you will be lied to by managers and have to put up with unreasonable goals.
