Great initial training, and I valued getting the opportunity to lead my first sales campaign. Additional experience working with Salesforce is always a plus, but there was a frustrating lack of transparency regarding commission plans. Great product and easy to sell. Salary and commission is structure is extremely low based on the market. Company only allows you to sell m2m SaaS packages and even if you do sell 1yr, you don't get commission. Also there is no accelerators for hitting above quota.
