Big corporation with many different business units and conditions can differ from unit to unit. The company pushes a lot for the sales team "go and get" but not always take into consideration all customer needs.

My experience has been absolutely amazing here. Everyone has a "win together" mentality and it really carries throughout the org. The product I am selling is a well known, and great fit in the market. From a compensation perspective, the base is above market average, and the commission structure is very beneficial to continuously increase my earnings.
