The reason being is numerous, they are a manufacturer that cannot manufacture very well, but they also have had many leaders over the last 15 years which has caused the dysfunction. Honeywell PPE pays very well for industry standards, but like most companies the goals of the different departments don’t align and their compensation team regularly made errors in payouts.
