The PPE business has been declining for many years. The reason being is numerous, they are a manufacturer that cannot manufacture very well, but they also have had many leaders over the last 15 years which has caused the dysfunction. Honeywell PPE pays very well for industry standards, but like most companies the goals of the different departments don’t align and their compensation team regularly made errors in payouts.

Overall talent level is high with strong senior leadership and technical engineering support. The opportunity to build/pivot into expanding roles is a positive incentive. Incentive/commissions rates, however, continued to decline over time.

Bad bad bad culture. Layoffs every quarter and lack of empathy for employees. Don't do it.
