Work is interesting at first and culture was great when it joined. However, a new leader got elected and he ran it to the ground. They started hiring very low level people to save money, pushed for automation instead of innovation, and the leaders are so incompetent they basically turned it into a gossip heaven where lazy employees come to die. The leader now had left the company to "care for his father-in-law". Hopefully the successor will turn this ship around.

Overall a great company, coming into and out of Covid people lost their minds. Too much politics and pointless HR agendas. They lost their culture with the high turnover and departure of critical leaders in the company.
