Very low. Executive leadership cared about one thing, and it was not you or your career. Decisions made by people that were not in the day-to-day operations. Regional leadership that were terrible leaders that you could not trust.

Good leaders, and decent benefits but the product isn't great. Leads are provided but they're not necessarily qualified and will never be in the market for what you're offering.

Unfortunately vacation ownership is the least innovative industry I've ever worked in, especially on the marketing front where even the best in class companies/brands still market like it's 1980.
