I love working for HGV. The commission is fair and we are able to take 1-2. months off for vacation. Laid back work environment and short work days are also a huge benefit.

Unfortunately vacation ownership is the least innovative industry I've ever worked in, especially on the marketing front where even the best in class companies/brands still market like it's 1980. My overall experience was good, however you have to produce a decent amount of volume within your first 3 months to retain your position. For executives that are not focused or do not work on their strategies or opportunities outside of working hours will fund it hard to excel. You need to have money saved up before starting this job as it takes a few months to ramp...Read More
