Very low. Executive leadership cared about one thing, and it was not you or your career. Decisions made by people that were not in the day-to-day operations. Regional leadership that were terrible leaders that you could not trust.

My overall experience was good, however you have to produce a decent amount of volume within your first 3 months to retain your position. For executives that are not focused or do not work on their strategies or opportunities outside of working hours will fund it hard to excel.
