HighRadius was a good place to craft some fundamental sales skills and good habits. Software reputation and market fit is strong. Culture and leadership is extremely poor and unyielding - it is their way or the highway. Despite the best sellers in the org leaving and providing feedback, nothing seems to be changing. Might be an ok place for those who are starting out their AE journey, and the top 2-3 enterprise reps will probably still do well from inheriting deals from departing AEs, but I would not recommend joining here unless they make sweeping changes to leadership.

Completely disorganized and feels like there is always something shady going on with upper management. You also work closely with India since that where 90% of the employees are based out of, which means you will have awkward meeting times and half the time your Sales Engineer is some sort of new grad with barely any experience/training.
