HPE has great solutions but suffers with its product support, leadership and culture. Every year HPE does WFRs which cause job uncertainty and undo stress to the Salesforce.

My overall experience was OK but not great. There was absolutely no on boarding training for my role and basically no support in learning the internal processes. I started off as a contract worker with salary and commission. They switched me to strictly salary based, but still had me tied to my previous quota of sales that I had to meet each quarter and annually.

Good benefits and work-life balance, too much micro-management even for experienced field reps. Lots of salesforce updates and excel spreadsheets.
