I have been working as an SDR and it is fair to say that leads are non existent. It is all based on how good your territory is doing. Some are hitting quota just bc of it.

poor base pay. good culture and remote work opportunities. Not easy to hunt new business as prospecting tools are non existent and a very much channel first business...
